Shera Konen is a proud Montana native who began her career selling resort real estate in Big Sky, Montana. Impressed by his instincts and respect for him, Shera embarked on a new career journey in the film and television industry. Starting in casting and development, Shera served as a Casting Director at Warm Springs Production for nearly a decade. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in developing and casting numerous well-known projects, including the hit series "Mountain Men" on the History Channel and various series for HGTV. In 2018, Shera decided to venture into freelance production work, a move that has kept her actively engaged in the industry ever since.
